Procedure in the event of a return of the topper

At AM Quality Mattresses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer you to test your new topper for 100 nights risk-free.

If the topper does not suit you, you have two options:

  • An exchange for another model
  • One Complete return with full refund

1. Contact our customer service

No matter which option you choose – the first step is to contact our customer service. The following options are available for this:

  • By email: Send an email to info@am-qualitaetsmatratzen.de. Please include your order number in the subject line so that we can process your request more quickly.

     

  • By phone: Call us at 0221 / 986 571 78

     

  • Via live chat or WhatsApp: Use the contact functions on our website.

     

  • Via the returns portal: You can also make your return directly via our online returns portal directly.

2. Your return options in detail

  • Change to another model: Feel free to take advantage of the advice from our sleep experts. If you decide on a different topper, you can simply order the new item separately and return the previous one.

  • Return without replacement: Don't want to test another topper? No problem - we will take the product back and refund you the full purchase price.

3. how to return the topper

Please pack the topper securely in a cardboard box - It does not have to be the original box, but the goods should be well protected. If you do not have a suitable box for the return shipment, we will be happy to send you one. Please contact our customer service.

Print out the return label that you received from us and attach it to the outside of the parcel so that it is clearly visible. Please remove old shipping labels and barcodes from the box beforehand.

Alternatively, you can also have the label digitally in the DHL store or at your DHL delivery agent - Simply show the QR code that you received from us by email. You can then hand it in at a DHL branch or conveniently give it to a DHL delivery person.
