To enjoy your mattress for as long as possible, we recommend that you turn and rotate it regularly. If you turn and rotate the mattress approximately every two months, you keep it evenly fresh on all sides and the material can relax. This helps to maintain a good condition and distribute the load on all sides of the mattress.
Mattresses with a clear top and bottom (e.g. with an integrated gel foam layer) cannot be turned. However, we recommend turning this mattress so that the head and foot sections are swapped approximately every 2 months. This helps to maintain a good condition and distribute the load on all sides of the mattress.
Yes, we also carry models in custom sizes. Simply enter the desired length and width on the respective product page. If the custom size is available for the respective model, it will be displayed in the selection options.
Yes, that is possible. You can test the mattress for 100 nights after ordering. If you are not satisfied, the mattress will be picked up from you free of charge and you will then receive your money back.
No problem, you are welcome to remove the film for the trial sleep. Please keep it so that you can repack the mattress for a possible return.

This mattress was the THIRD one I bought within six months, after two previous online purchases of similar mattresses made in Germany had turned out to be a complete disappointment, as they were all much too firm despite being labeled as firmness levels 3 and 2, respectively. Previously, I had used an excellent 7-zone pocket spring mattress (with no firmness rating!!) made in Denmark for 20 years, which unfortunately is no longer in production, so I had to look for alternatives. Of my three alternative purchases, the AM mattress has been the best so far; although this mattress doesn’t quite match the comfort of my previous Danish mattress, it is, after all, only the BASIC model. Overall, for me—weighing about 80 kg—the AM product with firmness level 2 feels significantly softer and more comfortable than the two previous online purchases of products made in southern Germany (bought on eBay). Unfortunately, the AM mattress is about 2 cm wider than the stated 90 cm width (hence only 4 stars), which means it fits very tightly in the bed frame, making it a bit of a hassle to put on a sheet, since I don’t use fitted sheets because they don’t last very long. All in all, however, I am satisfied with the mattress; the entire purchasing process, from ordering to delivery, went exceptionally quickly and smoothly. The mattress was delivered very quickly by DHL, vacuum-sealed in a very sturdy, compact shipping box. Based on my positive experience with this company, I will likely buy my next mattress from them as well.

I ordered the mattress on March 18 and received it on March 27. It was well packaged.
One thing: The actual height is about 17 cm, even though the description says 20 cm.
I’m not sensitive to odors and slept on it the very first night. So far, so good.
