The mattress arrived securely packaged. It was easy to set up, ready to use after just 4 hours, and we’ve loved it ever since the first night.
The comfort is perfect on both the H3 and H5 sides. Our respective choices based on the weight classes were spot on. We didn’t experience any adjustment period involving back pain or muscle soreness. On the contrary: the back pain I’d been suffering from continuously for three years was completely gone after the second night. We both sleep more peacefully and deeply. You don’t notice when your partner turns or moves on their own side, and even the outer edges of the mattresses are very stable. We’re 100% satisfied and would buy the mattress again. We’ve even recommended it to others already. Simply top-notch—including the customer service leading up to the purchase.
