The mattress is amazing in terms of quality, support, firmness, and comfort. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I’m keeping the brand name in mind for my next mattress. My only complaint is about the purchasing process: when I bought the mattress online, I didn’t receive a purchase confirmation email from the company, nor an order tracking number—nothing regarding the purchase—and I had to contact customer service a few days later because, aside from the bank receipt, I had no record from the store that I had made the purchase.
Customer service was very friendly and gave me a tracking number from the delivery company, and I saw that everything was in order, but I spent days wondering if I had been charged for nothing. They should look into why that happens. Otherwise, everything was great.
