- Switching to another model: Feel free to seek advice from our sleep experts. If you decide on a different bed frame, you can simply order the new item separately and return the previous one.
- Return without replacement: You don't want to test another item from us? No problem – we will take the product back and refund the full purchase price.
3. How to repack the bed frame
If possible, pack the bed frame in the plastic film provided. If this is no longer available, you can also use another sturdy protective film. It is important that the bed frame is well packaged so that the shipping company can pick it up without any problems.
4. Arranging a collection appointment

5. Collection of the bed frame
Please ensure that your bed frame is ready for collection on the agreed date – well packaged and accessible for the shipping company. The shipping company will collect the bed frame at the curb.
