A new lying position may feel unfamiliar at first - this is completely normal. Your body first has to adapt to the new support and comfort. Here is an overview of how the first few weeks typically go:
Initial feeling / first week: During the first few nights, the new slatted frame may feel feel unfamiliar. You may feel slight muscle tension or pressure-sensitive areas - similar to after a new sport. This is not a sign of a wrong choice, but part of the adjustment process.
After two weeks: After about 14 nights, your body should have become increasingly accustomed to the slatted frame. You will notice that your sleeping comfort improves and any initial discomfort subsides.
After approx. 30 nights: After approx. 30 nights, your body will have fully adapted to the new slatted frame. The acclimatization process is usually complete. You can now fully benefit from the comfort and ergonomic support of the slatted frame.
