Care of the latex neck support pillow

Our orthopedic neck support pillow with Tencel™ Lyocell fiber cover is high-quality, ergonomic, and durable – and it will stay that way with proper care. Follow these tips to ensure lasting comfort and hygiene.
1. Regular care – the most important thing in everyday use
- Shake briefly and air out daily
→ keeps the latex core dry and prevents odors - Wash the cover regularly, ideally every 2–4 weeks with normal use
2. Washing the cover
- Washing temperature: 40 °C
→ Note the care label! - Delicate or color detergent
→ no fabric softener! – impairs the fibers and breathability - Drying: let it air dry, do not place in direct sunlight
→ not suitable for tumble dryers
3. Caring for the latex core – be careful with moisture
- Not suitable for washing machines
→ Latex must not get soaked through, otherwise it will lose its structure and can become moldy
How to clean the core if necessary:
- Wipe with a slightly damp cloth (e. g. for stains)
- If necessary, use mild soapy water – only use on the outside
- Then let it air dry completely, do not place it on the heater or in direct sunlight
