Regarding the authenticity of the reviews

Our shop reviews are checked by Trusted Shops. Real customers receive an invitation to rate our shop after completing their order. Differentiated control mechanisms also ensure that the actual completion of a purchase forms the basis of every review. We collect product reviews in collaboration with the Cusrev plugin. Weare solely responsible for publishing and managing the reviews (including deletion) ; this is not done through the Cusrev platform.The reviews come exclusively from verified buyers.

Filtering product reviews:

All reviews are sorted by “Newest first” . We reserve the right to delete or not publish reviews that:

• Contains statements of fact that are demonstrably false.

• Contain illegal content such as insults, defamation, or abusive criticism.

• Display advertisements or non-product-related content.

• From individuals for whom there is no evidence of an actual purchase of the product.
