To enjoy your mattress for as long as possible, we recommend that you turn and rotate it regularly. If you turn and rotate the mattress approximately every two months, you keep it evenly fresh on all sides and the material can relax. This helps to maintain a good condition and distribute the load on all sides of the mattress.
Mattresses with a clear top and bottom (e.g. with an integrated gel foam layer) cannot be turned. However, we recommend turning this mattress so that the head and foot sections are swapped approximately every 2 months. This helps to maintain a good condition and distribute the load on all sides of the mattress.
Yes, we also carry models in custom sizes. Simply enter the desired length and width on the respective product page. If the custom size is available for the respective model, it will be displayed in the selection options.
Yes, that is possible. You can test the mattress for 100 nights after ordering. If you are not satisfied, the mattress will be picked up from you free of charge and you will then receive your money back.
No problem, you are welcome to remove the film for the trial sleep. Please keep it so that you can repack the mattress for a possible return.

Top mattress! We are already using the Premium 7-Zone Pocket Spring Mattress (140 wide, HG 3, 500 springs) and our son (approx. 70 kg) is very happy with it. However, he prefers a slightly firmer sleeping experience. I also like his mattress myself, but it's not soft enough in HG3 for a side sleeper. That's why I've now bought this mattress with a latex insert. And I sleep well on it, even when lying on my side. And after getting up, I am now much more mobile than with the HG3 cold foam mattress I replaced. In conclusion, I prefer an innerspring mattress to a cold foam mattress. Although the latter had a softer lying sensation, I often felt that I was not lying in a "spine-friendly" position throughout the night. And the unavoidable hollow formation with cold foam mattresses is also much less pronounced with "good" spring mattresses. So, I would buy this mattress again, even though it is considerably more expensive than the one without the latex insert.
We ordered a single mattress with the dimensions 200 × 180. And received two single mattresses with 200 × 90.
The mattress makes a high-quality impression, but (despite the configurator) I now have back pain in the morning.
