To enjoy your mattress for as long as possible, we recommend that you turn and rotate it regularly. If you turn and rotate the mattress approximately every two months, you keep it evenly fresh on all sides and the material can relax. This helps to maintain a good condition and distribute the load on all sides of the mattress.
Mattresses with a clear top and bottom (e.g. with an integrated gel foam layer) cannot be turned. However, we recommend turning this mattress so that the head and foot sections are swapped approximately every 2 months. This helps to maintain a good condition and distribute the load on all sides of the mattress.
Yes, we also carry models in custom sizes. Simply enter the desired length and width on the respective product page. If the custom size is available for the respective model, it will be displayed in the selection options.
Yes, that is possible. You can test the mattress for 100 nights after ordering. If you are not satisfied, the mattress will be picked up from you free of charge and you will then receive your money back.
No problem, you are welcome to remove the film for the trial sleep. Please keep it so that you can repack the mattress for a possible return.

All mattresses are manufactured exclusively in Germany. Even the foams are sourced from national foam manufacturers and the covers are carefully sewn by hand in Germany.
