Suitable for allergy sufferers - What does that mean?

Our cold foam mattresses are ideally suited for allergy sufferers. The materials used offer no breeding ground for house dust mites, which can trigger allergies. The mattress is tested for harmful substances and is Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex certified (19.0.86717 Hohenstein HTTI). 
 
In addition, the cover is removable and washable at 60°.
