Exchanging for a different firmness is not a problem. Simply send us your request by email to info@am-qualitaetsmatratzen.de. We will then initiate the exchange.
We deliver large mattresses in 160, 180 & 200 cm width with two separate cores (80, 90 or 100 cm each) at the repeated request of our customers. This way you can easily bring the mattress to your bed after delivery. Here you put the two mattress cores in the 160, 180 or 200 cm wide cover (don't worry, there is no gap between the cores). This enables you to easily handle our high-quality and solid mattresses.
The weight of the mattress will be displayed after you have made a product selection in the next step.

To enjoy your mattress for as long as possible, we recommend that you turn and rotate it regularly. If you turn and rotate the mattress about every two months, you keep it evenly fresh on all sides and the material can relax. This helps to maintain a good condition and distribute the load on all sides of the mattress.
Only mattresses with an integrated topper should not be turned, only rotated. If you have one of the following mattresses, you can turn it once a month: Pocket spring mattress with gel foam, latex or visco foam, 3D Deluxe 7-Zone Pocket Spring Mattress, 7-Zone Gel Foam Mattress & Premium 7-Zone Gel Foam Mattress, as well as our care mattress.
Yes, that is possible. You can test the mattress for 100 nights after ordering. If you are not satisfied, we can have the mattress picked up from you free of charge and you will then receive your money back. You can find more details on cancellation here.
