Climate-friendly delivery through DHL GoGreen is an essential part of our strategy to reduce our company’s ecological footprint.
The resulting emissions are fully compensated through investments in certified climate protection projects such as reforestation and renewable energy.
The projects and calculations of DHL are also verified annually by an independent, external auditor.
Since the transport of products plays a central role in e-commerce, the GoGreen shipping is of great importance to us, as it allows us to operate 100% climate-friendly.

The avoidance of harmful substances in our products is particularly important to us, as we manufacture products for daily sleep needs.
By using tested and certified materials, we ensure that our customers can sleep safely and peacefully.
All our products are certified with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (Class I). This certification guarantees that all materials used have been tested for harmful substances and deemed safe for direct skin contact.
This is particularly important in the sleep environment, as the skin is in direct contact with the materials overnight and could therefore be particularly sensitive to chemicals.
With our strict selection of certified materials, we ensure a healthy sleep climate and promote the well-being of our customers.
No Waste of Raw Materials
Our approach to avoiding raw material waste is directly integrated into our production process. By manufacturing exclusively to order, we ensure that only the amount of materials that is actually needed is used.
This principle of demand-oriented production allows us to avoid unnecessary inventory and associated overstocks. In this way, we use raw materials responsibly and contribute to the reduction of waste.
Handling of Returns
Our sustainability efforts are also reflected in our handling of returns. We first subject returned products to a careful inspection to determine their condition precisely.
Originally packaged products can be resold after a basic inspection. Just like demand-oriented production, this approach helps to avoid unnecessary waste.
Products that are returned not in their original packaging undergo a thorough quality and hygiene check and are recycled or, if applicable, reused in parts. This ensures that materials are used efficiently.
Through this return management, we try to work as sustainably and resource-efficiently as possible. It is also important to us that no quality or hygiene limitations compromise the safety of our products.

Recyclable Packaging
Our commitment to environmental protection is clearly demonstrated in our choice of packaging materials. For our toppers and mattresses, we exclusively use 100% recyclable, brown cardboard. This approach ensures that our packaging can be completely recycled after use, significantly reducing environmental impact.
The decision to use unprinted cardboard minimizes the use of printing inks, which often contain harmful chemicals. By avoiding such substances, we further contribute to environmental protection.
Sustainable Materials
For our covers, we prefer to use sustainable materials such as TENCELâ„¢ Lyocell fibers and Organic Cotton. These fabrics are not only known for their environmental friendliness but also offer exceptional comfort and durability.
TENCELâ„¢ Lyocell fibers are derived from wood from responsibly managed forests and processed using resource-efficient production methods.
Organic Cotton is grown without the use of harmful pesticides or chemical fertilizers, leading to a significant reduction in environmental impact.
In addition to these materials, our down products are certified with the Down Pass. This certification guarantees that the down used is ethically sourced and free from harmful substances, ensuring animal welfare and product quality.
