Delivery is only made within Germany and Austria. Shipping to German islands is excluded.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer VAT refunds for exports of goods ordered in the German shop.

Climate-Friendly Delivery

Within Germany, we use the climate-friendly delivery service DHL GoGreen. This is a key part of our strategy to reduce our company’s ecological footprint .

The emissions generated are fully offset by investments in certified climate protection projects such as reforestation and renewable energies.

DHL’s projects and calculations are also verified annually by an independent, external auditor.

Shipping costs to Austria (including statutory value added tax):

We charge the following shipping costs for our product categories: 

  • Mattresses: 14,95€
  • Baby mattress: €9.95
  • Topper: 8,95€
  • Blankets: 7,96€
  • Cushion: 7,96€
  • Covers: 5,95€
 
For orders with more than one product, the shipping costs only apply once. The highest shipping fee of the products contained in the shopping cart will be charged.
 

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping partner
Mattresses, toppers and bedding are sent as a parcel by DHL. Slatted frames are sent by a forwarding agent (only children’s slatted frames by GLS).

Terms of payment
You have the following payment options:

  • Prepayment by bank transfer (via Mollie)
  • PayPal (via Mollie)
  • Credit card (via Mollie)
  • Klarna (via Mollie)
  • Amazon Pay
  • Apple Pay (via Mollie)

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice
    Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. You can find the invoice terms  here.
  • Installment purchase
    With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice.   • Immediately
    Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
  • Direct debit
      will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the time by e-mail.

Data protection notice
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
