General
All mattresses are manufactured exclusively in Germany. Even the foams are sourced from national foam producers, and the covers are carefully sewn by hand in Germany.
Various payment options are available to you when completing the order process, such as PayPal, credit card payment, advance payment, or purchase on account (Klarna). You can find a full list here.
Mattresses, toppers, and bedding are shipped in packages via DHL.
The delivery conditions vary depending on the product. You can view the delivery details in the tracking information on the respective shipping service provider’s website and also make changes there:

Your trial sleep period is 100 days if you order through our website, and 30 days for orders through Amazon or other marketplaces. The period starts from the receipt of the mattress. Within this time, you can return the mattress at any time without giving reasons or exchange it for a different firmness level.
Please refer to the product details for the respective delivery time. All products will be conveniently delivered to your home. Shipping is done via parcel service or by freight carrier for slatted frames.
If you need an invoice, we’ll be happy to send you one. In this case, simply contact our customer service.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer VAT refunds for exports of goods ordered in the German shop.
If you wish to return your order, it is sufficient to inform us in writing. Simply send an informal email to info@amq-sleep.com. We will then initiate the return shipment and refund the purchase price. This will not incur any costs for you.
In the rare case that you want to return your order, you can simply contact us by email within 100 days after delivery to return the goods. For a pickup, we then only need your phone number so that the commissioned shipping company can contact you to arrange an appointment.
You will receive your money within a maximum of two working days after we receive the goods. No ifs, ands, or buts.
Mattresses
Yes, that’s possible. You can test the mattress for 100 nights after ordering. If you’re not satisfied, you can have us pick up the mattress free of charge and then receive your money back. You can find more details about the withdrawal here.
No problem, you can remove the plastic wrap for the trial sleep. Please keep it so that you can repack the mattress for a possible return.
Our pocket spring mattresses are also available as partner mattresses from a width of 140 cm. A partner mattress consists of two mattress cores in different firmness levels (e.g., H2 H3). A thick mattress cover and the seamlessly adjacent cores make the gap or notorious visitor’s groove disappear. This way, couples can sleep together on one mattress and adjust their mattress side individually. More about the partner mattress »
At the request of many customers, we deliver large mattresses in 160, 180 200 cm width with two separate cores (80, 90 or 100 cm each). This allows you to carry the mattress to your bed more easily after delivery. Here, you place the two mattress cores in the 160, 180 or 200 cm wide cover (don’t worry, no gap will form between the cores). This enables us to provide you with easy handling of our high-quality and substantial mattresses.
An exchange for a different firmness level is no problem within your trial sleep period. Simply send us your request by e-mail to info@amq-sleep.com. We will then initiate the exchange.
Unfortunately, this is not possible for technical reasons. You would have to return the mattress you have already received and reorder the other size. However, it is possible to coordinate collection and delivery. Simply contact our customer service.
To get the most out of your mattress for as long as possible, we recommend rotating and flipping it regularly. If you flip the mattress about every two months and rotate it, you keep it fresh on all sides and allow the material to relax. This helps maintain good condition and distributes the load evenly across all sides of the mattress.
Only mattresses with integrated toppers should not be flipped, but only rotated. If you have one of the following mattresses, you can rotate it once a month: Pocket spring mattress with gel foam, latex or memory foam, 3D Deluxe 7-Zone Pocket Spring Mattress, 7-Zone Gel Foam Mattress Premium 7-Zone Gel Foam Mattress, as well as our Care Mattress.
Toppers
Yes, that’s possible. You can test the topper for 100 nights after ordering. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the topper to us free of charge and receive a refund. You can find more details about the return policy here.
Unfortunately, this is not possible due to technical reasons. You would need to return your already received topper and order the correct size/variant anew. However, it is possible to coordinate pickup and delivery. Simply contact our customer service for this.
You will receive your topper tightly rolled in a plastic bag. You may certainly remove this for the trial period.
Slatted Frames
Our pocket spring mattresses are best combined with our rigid Ergonomic 7-Zone Slatted Frame.
Electrically adjustable slatted frames are not suitable for pocket spring mattresses.
Yes, that’s possible. You can test the slatted frame for 100 nights after ordering. If you’re not satisfied, we can arrange for the slatted frame to be collected free of charge, and you will receive a refund. You can find details about the return policy here.
